I have never had to use Roto-Rooter before, but after today, I will NEVER call anyone else!! Everyone I had contact with, starting with my initial call (Sarah,) has been SUPER friendly! I received a call back with an appointment, and he (John) called to see if he could come early.

Had no problem setting up an appointment for a free estimate, technician called a couple hours before expected and said he could be here in 10 minutes if I wanted which was great! Technician was very friendly and professional and even matched the price quote of a competitor. He had the drain unclogged in less than an hour and left with no trace, very happy customer would definitely recommend to friends and family and will use their service again if needed.
