Rent games from them often but today they told me I owe a 30$ fee! Keep in mind that no has ever informed me of this when I rented before. They claim I haven't rented since June, but I have several emails from them since then reminded me of my due dates (proving that I have indeed renter since then). Thank God I still have my emails saved and I will dispute this with their corporate office! FUTURE CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!
