The billing department in this office is the WORST. I received my first bill for my sons delivery in April, after having him in December. I set up a payment plan to pay them. One month later I received a seperate bill for his circumcision. Mary (the billing specialist) in their office told me they would combine my bills together so I could make payments on both accounts. The next month I received a letter from the office stating that my account for my sons procedure was going to collections due to me not paying it. I called the office and spoke to Mary, who apologized and admitted she forgot to combine the accounts. Promised it was taken care of. Now here it is, AUGUST. I just received another threatening letter today saying I was going to collections, I cannot make any appointments or refill prescriptions, and that I have 30 days to find a new provider. All because MARY couldn't do her job. Such a shame that I will now tell everyone in the community about my experience, and I will be giving them an earful first thing Monday morning. Idiots in that office.
They are the best
If I could give no stars I would. They have no respect for your body and are to rough on your body. Myself and multiple girls have had problems with them being too rough on our bodies. I wouldn’t recommend going here ever.
