Waited 6 weeks for my “new patient” appointment (I was told these appointments are longer so they are harder to schedule), once my appointment day finally arrived I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be taken back to a room. The dr met with me for approximately 5 minutes and barely asked me anything about my health history. At a later date I spoke with his nurse regarding a medication change, she was rude and not helpful at all. Avoid this practice.
If I could give no stars I would made my appointment 2 weeks ago and have been waiting for over 2 hours. Should have walked in the ER it would have been quicker.
This office is ridiculous. You have to FIGHT for valid prescriptions the doctor is never available their staff has zero communication skills (with each other as well..one NEVER knows what the other is doing). I imagine this is what it would be like to ask the cast if Grey's Anatomy for a diagnosis...they're just there for show and insurance money. Pathetic.

This office doesn't value people time at all.you get scheduled for a time but don't expect to be seen for over an hour or two later. They need better management of their schedule. The dr doesn't even wash his hands before he touches my children. He barely examens and only spends like less than 5 minutes in the room with us. So how is he hours behind schedule!? He makes you wait forever, half asses his job, and then walks out. The nurses are always very nice in person though. The front desk people aren't very nice on the phone or very friendly in person. There's always a long hold of you call. And if you ask to speak to a nurse with a question they don't put you on the phone with a nurse! Never have I ever been to another doctors office that was so crappy.
I went here for muscle spasm in my back. I was not allowed to register, but was told to have a seat. I was then called to the medical receptionist desk and told they cannot see me because they cannot give me an injection. I never asked for anything other than to see the doctor. I was told to go to the ER for muscle spasm? I told her I don't want an injection, just to see the doctor. I was not allowed to register so there would be no record, of attempt to see an Immediate Care professional. I will lodge a formal written complaint with RMG,as well as the insurer.
